1. Appraisal Scope and Appraisal Identification

IAEC verifies only what can be evaluated from basic materials. Matters requiring professional materials are not verified because such documents may be insufficient.

A. Patent Technology Value Appraisal

The basic technology value is calculated based on the patent materials themselves.
